Destroying raidables to avoid losses is not allowed.
During raids, you must allow access or it's considered FDA.

You may not advertise or sell your job (e.g., "/advert selling bitcoin miner 300k").
Unless stated otherwise by the mayor.

Wait 10 minutes before raiding again, or 25 minutes if raiding the same base.
You may only kidnap once every 10 minutes.
Don't raid a base with a building sign. (Hitmen may still perform hits.)
If all raiders die before the 10 minutes end, the raid is over.
Raiders may return after 3 minutes if teammates are still raiding. Defenders may return after 3 minutes.
You may attack police officers within 15m of your raid if they pose a visible threat.
If a base advertises “raid freely” on a KOS sign/textscreen, you may raid regardless of cooldown. NLR still applies.
If defenders break rules that cause your raid to fail, make a ticket. If staff agrees, you may /advert false and include the staff name.
Don’t return to where you died for 3 minutes.
Upon death, you become a new person with no memory or grudges from your past life.
To avoid issues, just follow the simple 3-minute rule—it’s what most players expect.
If killed by a hitman in the street, you may return, but don’t interfere with the hitman.
Returning to common areas like the fountain is okay if you follow the proper NLR behavior.
You can return, but if the situation is unclear, take a sit before acting on it.
If you die during a raid, wait at least 3 minutes to return—unless the raid ends because all raiders are dead.
Don’t wait outside the base to re-enter as soon as 3 minutes pass. That’s not okay.
If you die in a bank or PD raid, don’t wait where criminals will pass through. That’s NLR abuse.
Becoming a cop just to raid the person who killed you is a serious NLR violation.
If someone breaks NLR, don't RDM. Get a staff member and evidence like screenshots. That said, if they’re actively breaking a rule (e.g., returning to a raid), you may have valid reason to engage.
The Chief of Police is in charge of the SWAT and other officers.

If you have a law such as “Guns out KOS/AOS” that disregards gun licenses, at least one of your laws must clarify that (e.g., “Gun Licenses Ignored”).

You may not have a law that targets a specific player or job (e.g., “Chefs don’t need to follow Law 4”).
You may block entrances to your base as long as you leave at least one unblocked.
Building no longer needs approval; however, if staff intervene, you must adjust/remove the base. You may build on sidewalks, streets, on top of buildings, or in tunnels connecting parts of the map.
Only 5 fading/moving doors are allowed. Shooting holes do not count towards this amount.
The fading door tool is for doors, not for bridges or other builds used to keep people out of your base.
Place a building sign when building to prevent raids.
You may not have raidables (printers, generators, weed plants, etc.) while building.
There must be an entrance to your base that passes through public land or land you own.

Do not build during a raid or while getting raided.
Shooting holes must show head and torso (e.g., Cube05x05x05).

Do not use invisible or hard-to-see materials/colors. The lowest allowed transparency is 110, except where it’s obvious a prop is there.
Every fading/moving door must have a keypad on both sides, clearly visible.
If you are okay with being raided continually, put “raid freely” on your KOS sign or textscreen.
You cannot use elevators as the only entrance to a base.
Fading doors must be easily lockpickable (use something big enough, like an actual door).
The bank cannot be used as a general base. Only good jobs can base here with the banker (e.g., Security Guard, Bitcoin Miner).
These are boxes or rooms that are unclear where to get to and are used solely for killing raiders.
Rooms where you can't tell where you're looking are not allowed.
Bases where crouching is required to navigate.
Bases requiring jumping from platform to platform to reach your fading door or keypad.
Bases only accessible by using a jetpack.
Bases where defenders can see and shoot attackers but attackers cannot see defenders.
Bases with multiple turns to increase total distance. Up to 3 turns allowed but distance must not be unreasonably long.
Bases that are basically ladders or stairways up to the sky with a base on top, or connected to the top of a building extending off the edge.
Multi-floor bases, ladder bases, or bases that increase defensive challenge unfairly for raiders by going up or down. Shooting windows are no longer included by popular vote.
They should have their printers, ticket generators, drug labs, or bitcoin miners inside the base.
They must follow all building rules.
For example, everyone can be warned for fail base.
For example, a smallish 'combined' base where 2 bases were nicely connected by 3 people.
